1. What FundFinch is

FundFinch is a grant research service. We identify funding opportunities that appear to fit your organization, based on public information and the answers you give us. We don't write or submit applications, act as fundraising counsel, solicit funds on your behalf, or provide legal, tax or accounting advice.

2. No guarantee

Funders can change deadlines, amounts, priorities and eligibility at any time without notice, and sometimes close programs early. We check each listing on the date shown in the report, but you must confirm all details on the funder's own website or with the funder before applying. Our fit ratings are judgments, not guarantees. We don't guarantee eligibility, an invitation to apply, or any award. Past giving shown in IRS filings doesn't guarantee future giving.

3. Free mini-report

One free mini-report per organization. It's provided as-is, with no obligation to buy anything.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

• Starter ($49/month) and Plus ($99/month) renew monthly until canceled. Cancel any time and you won't be charged again. We don't give partial-month refunds.
• One-off report ($149) is charged once. It includes 30 days of free corrections and updates after delivery.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days' notice to subscribers.
• Refunds: full refund within 7 days of delivery if you're not satisfied

5. Corrections

If a deadline, amount or eligibility detail in a report was wrong on the date we verified it, tell us and we'll correct it and re-send within 3 business days at no charge.

6. Your responsibilities

Give us accurate information about your organization. Decide for yourself whether to apply to each funder. Reports are for your organization's internal use: please don't resell or publish them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, FundFinch's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We're not liable for lost grants, lost opportunities, or indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms, and we'll post the new date above. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota. Questions: fundfinch@proton.me.
